J. M. Schlesselman has over 30 years of experience in defence. He has held multiple engineering, research, standards, and market development positions over his 20 years with RTI.  His prior US military service includes supporting US and NATO deployed operations. He holds engineering degrees from Iowa State and Stanford universities.
