Robert Skarda is Managing Director at Steller Systems Ltd.  Previously Rob has worked with Surface Ships, Submarines and Armoured Vehicles within the Ministry of Defence, Sula Systems, Rolls-Royce, Frazer-Nash and QinetiQ.  Rob has been involved in the design of the Future Surface Combatant (Now Type 26 & Type 31 Frigates), the design and production of the Astute class SSN, and the design of the Dreadnought SSBN as well as cutting edge USSV, Fast Landing Craft and Surface Combatant designs.   He is a Fellow of the IMarEST and the Royal Institution of Naval Architects.  He is a member of the Royal Corps of Naval Constructors.
