RAdm Jens Nykvist

RAdm Jens Nykvist

In 2016 Jens Nykvist was assigned as Chief of Staff Royal Swedish Navy and promoted to Rear Admiral. From 1st of January 2019 he has served as Chief of Royal Swedish Navy.

From April until September 2015 he worked as Chief of Staff in EU NAVFOR FHQ Operation Atalanta in Somali Basin/Gulf of Aden. When returning back home he continued as Commander 1st Submarine Flotilla.

Dr Frank DiGiovanni

Dr Frank DiGiovanni

Frank C. DiGiovanni serves as the Director, Force Training, in the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Readiness. He leads the Department's $540M Combatant Commanders Exercise Engagement and Training Transformation program; the development of Live, Virtual and Constructive Training Standards and Architectures; Cyber workforce development and training; and ensuring training is properly incorporated into major acquisition programs. 
RAdm Odd Werin

RAdm Odd Werin

Rear Admiral Odd Werin assumed the position as Director Naval Systems within Systems and Production Management Division at FMV September 2016. Before that he was the Military Representative of Sweden to the EU and NATO 2013-2016 in Brussels. He served as Director Plans of the Swedish Armed Forces 2010-2013. At the same time he also served as the Swedish representative to the Military Coordination Committee in NORDEFCO.

Cmdre Michael Houghton

Commodore Houghton was appointed Director General Future Submarines in Dec 2014 where he was heavily involved in the Competitive Evaluation Process for the selection of the international partner for the Future Submarine Program before moving to France as the Director Future Submarine Program (France) in Oct 2017.
Capt (N) Herman de Groot

Capt (N) Herman de Groot

After promotion to captain, Herman de Groot served as Head of the Military Strategy Department at the Netherlands Ministry of Defense from 2013-2016.

Captain de Groot currently serves as the Commanding Officer Submarine Service Netherlands at Royal Netherlands Navy.

RAdm Anders Olovsson

RAdm Anders Olovsson

Rear Admiral Anders Olovsson has served as Deputy Chief of Royal Swedish Navy since early 2019. He previously served as Commander, Maritime Component Command, following his promotion to Rear Admiral in 2016. RAdm Olovsson completed the US Naval War College, Maritime Component Commander Flag Course in 2017.
