UDT 2024

Offering a range of delegate passes, UDT 2024 registration is now open. Serving military personnel are granted complimentary entry, while representatives from industry, academia, government and public sector organisations can purchase two or three-day access passes. During the registration process, you will be asked to select a badge type which should reflect your role within defence and security. Please ensure you select the appropriate category based on the criteria below in order to complete your registration.

Please note: As part of our verification process all applicants will be asked to upload a photograph and one form of ID.

Military

Military

Eligibility:

A military attendee must be a serving member of the active or reserve military, including Air Forces, Armies, Navies, Special Forces, Coast Guards, Marines, Gendarmerie or similar security/armed forces.

The attendee must have a rank and should register with a military email address. For verification purposes, applicants may be required to supply military ID.


Pricing Information:

Military passes grant free-of-charge access to the exhibition and all conference sessions.

Public Sector

Eligibility:

To be eligible, the attendee must be a civilian meeting one or more of the following criteria:

  • Employed by a ministry or department of defence
  • Employed by a national government
  • Employed by an organisation owned or operated by the government
  • Employed in the public sector
  • Employed in public administration

The attendee should register using a government or public sector organisation email address.

Eligibility:

To be eligible, the attendee must be a professional operating in the defence and security sectors.

To be eligible, the attendee must be a lecturer, professor, postgraduate/PhD student or work within research and development.

Eligibility

To be eligible to attenda as Press, the attendee must be an accredited member of the press; print media, radio or news agency – with a proven track record of reporting on matters relating to defence and security.

The attendee may be required to supply media accreditation and relevant examples of previous work.

Press passes grant free-of-charge access to the exhibition and all conference sessions.

Exhibitors & Contractors

Exhibitors & Contractors

Exhibitors can register their stand staff via the exhibitor badge portal available on the exhibitor zone (eZone). The main contact of every exhibiting company has access to this portal.

Contractor badges

Exhibitors can appoint contractors via the EZONE. The appointed contractor will receive access to the contractor portal where they can order badges for their staff during build up and breakdown.
