Requirements to enter the Netherlands

The safety of our participants is of the highest importance to us and we want to ensure that everyone feels comfortable coming to our events with the continuing pandemic. We have looked at both government and venue guidelines in respect to entry requirements and will be falling in line with their recommendations.

Therefore, regarding entry into the venue/event itself, you will not need to show any proof of vaccination.

We will be providing red wristbands at registration, should you wish to indicate that you would like to socially distance and therefore are uncomfortable with handshakes and close contact. We will also be providing hand sanitiser at registration and in other areas of the show – and you can, if you choose, to wear face masks.

Entry requirements into the Netherlands can be found here.

Need a COVID test whilst you're in Rotterdam?

Are you looking to book a COVID test during your visit?

The closest COVID testing facility to Rotterdam Ahoy, is at Gooilandsingel 109, 3083 DP and you can book appointments here.

When should you not travel?

We would just ask if you are feeling unwell, to self isolate and not attend the event.

We understand that this may be the first time you are attending an event since the pandemic began, so if you require any more information about COVID-19 regulations and guidance, please visit the  government website or contact a member of our team.
