Exhibitors can benefit from our exhibitor care programme, designed to maximise your organisation’s return on investment. The initiative, which launched three years ago, features an enhanced Exhibitor Zone (EZONE) web portal and comprehensive support across five core areas.

Brand awareness

As part of your package, your company profile which will be visible to all visitors on our event website.

To increase your exposure further, we promote exhibitors across our social media channels and include special mentions in selected marketing materials. Ensure you complete all sections of your EZONE profile to maximise your frequency of inclusion.


UDT provides a complimentary PR service to all exhibitors, courtesy of leading defence and security media specialists CMS Strategic.

Exhibitors are warmly encouraged to share their stories ahead of the event via the UDT Press Office. PR opportunities are available from now until the end of the event which include exposure in UDT press releases and marketing literature as well as inclusion in media partners' editorial coverage. The CMS team will also be available during the event to help you with activities happening at your stand and advise your company on securing additional media coverage. 

Show publications

Your company profile, contact details and stand number will be printed in our Official Event Guide which will be available to all event attendees. To discuss additional promotional opportunities within the publications, please contact Victoria Karagoz.
