Important update: Date change

The 2020 edition of Undersea Defence Technology (UDT), originally scheduled for 12-14 May, will now take place at a later date in May/June 2020.

The event is being rescheduled due to a clash with the Eurovision Song Contest, which will be hosted by Rotterdam Ahoy during May 2020.

Due to the ongoing support of the Dutch Armed Forces and industry partners across the Netherlands, we remain committed to hosting the event in Rotterdam. We are working closely with the venue and key stakeholders to secure the best possible alternative dates.

We will update all event stakeholders as soon as final dates are confirmed. To ensure you are notified, please register your interest here.

What does this mean for exhibitors?

Good news, your participation remains unaffected by this date change. Your existing booking will remain valid for the revised dates, so there is no need for any action at this time. We are also pleased to have secured a superior exhibition hall which was not available on the original show dates. Should your booth be affected by the revised floorplan, UDT Event Manager Tom Hill will be in touch to discuss alternative options.

"Over the past decade, UDT has regularly taken place in late Spring and we are confident this shift will not have a detrimental impact on attendance at the event. We offer warm congratulations to our host city for earning the rights to host the prestigious Eurovision event, and look forward to bringing the undersea defence community together at Rotterdam Ahoy."
