The UDT exhibition is free to attend for all relevant stakeholders in the defence and security community.

A range of delegate passes are available to access the UDT conference. Serving military personnel are granted complimentary entry, while representatives from industry, academia, government and public sector organisations can purchase single or multi-day access.

To be eligible, the attendee must be a serving member of the active or reserve military, including air forces, armies, navies, special forces, coast guards, marines, gendarmerie or similar security/armed forces.

The attendee must have a rank and should register with a military email address. For verification purposes, applicants may be required to supply military ID.

Pricing information

Military passes grant free-of-charge access to the exhibition and all conference sessions.

Networking tickets must be reserved during registration.

Eligibility

To be eligible, the attendee must be a civilian meeting one or more of the following criteria:

  • employed by a ministry or department of defence
  • employed by a national government
  • employed by an organisation owned or operated by the government
  • employed in the public sector
  • employed in public administration

The attendee should register using a government or public sector organisation email address.

Young Professionals

Young Professionals

UDT is seeking to encourage postgraduate researchers, apprentices and recent graduates to be a part of UDT 2020 in Rotterdam.

Eligibility

Young Professional delegate passes, granting access to all conference sessions at a discounted rate of £500, are available to applicants meeting one or more of the following criteria:

  • Current PhD or postgraduate student in a relevant field of study
  • Apprentice at a relevant organisation operating in undersea defence technology
  • Under the age of 25 and working at a relevant organisation operating in undersea defence technology
  • Graduated from university in 2018 or later and working at a relevant organisation operating in undersea defence technology

To be eligible, the attendee must be an accredited member of the press – print media, radio or news agency – with a proven track record of reporting on matters relating to defence and security.
