The UDT exhibition is free-to-attend for all members of the defence and security community.

A range of delegate passes are available to access the UDT conference. Serving military personnel are granted complimentary entry, while representatives from industry, academia, government and public sector organisations can choose from a two- or three-day pass. * Please note, exhibition-only visitors registering from 1 May onwards will be charged a late-registration administration fee of £50.

** UDT conference delegates can access the Military Diver Capabilities conference free of charge. There is no requirement to register (or pay) separately.

Networking tickets

The offsite networking evening is a ticketed event. Tickets must be purchased (£90) or reserved (military only) during registration.

Young Professional Discount

UDT is seeking to encourage postgraduate researchers, apprentices and recent graduates to be a part of UDT 2020 in Rotterdam. We are actively working with organisations, universities and agencies to encourage those starting out their engagement with the underwater defence community to attend the event.

Young Professional delegate passes, granting access to all conference sessions at a discounted rate of £500, are available to applicants meeting one or more of the following criteria:

  • Current PhD or postgraduate student in a relevant field of study
  • Apprentice at a relevant organisation operating in undersea defence technology
  • Under the age of 25 and working at a relevant organisation operating in undersea defence technology
  • Graduated from university in 2018 or later and working at a relevant organisation operating in undersea defence technology
