Alan Felstead is the Head of Human Factors Technology at BAE Systems Submarines and has worked in the field of Human Factors in Submarines for over 25 years. Alan first met his co-speaker Siobhan Banks at UDT 2019 and they have been looking for opportunities to collaborate ever since.
