Dr Andrew Flinn is a Senior Scientist with the SDA working in the Combat Systems Delivery Team as the Innovation Lead and Product Owner for the FASTER programme. Andrew has spent his career working on science and technology for the Royal Navy and is currently on loan from Dstl.
