Ed Rimmer is a software architect at Thales UK and has developed software for maritime systems for over 20 years. This has included naval sonar systems as well as leading the development of the autonomy software for a MCM USV. Ed holds a Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence and is an associate lecturer at the Open University in the UK.
