Frank Reinert has a diploma in Geology and Computer Science.  
He works since 2004 as an research assistant at the Fraunhofer IOSB, department Interoperability and Assistance Systems. 
His main research activities center around Surveillance and Reconnaissance interoperability in the military domain. 
He was the deputy Project Manager of the IOSB for Ocean 2020.
