Dr. Jud DeCew

Dr. Judson DeCew, leads the technological and scientific vision of Ultrasea, Inc.  Dr. DeCew has been a noteworthy leader in the ocean engineering space for over 25 years, working on projects that ranged from offshore aquaculture farms to oceanographic instrumentation to marine renewable energy to maritime security systems.  Jud received his Ph.D. in Ocean Engineering from the University of New Hampshire, where his dissertation focused on the dynamics of flexible structures in open ocean environments. His thought-leading work has resulted in over 35 peer-reviewed journal publications and conference proceedings and 9 patents.
