Mrs Lauren Goodwin

With a background in oceanography and specialising in chemical and physical oceanography, I spent about 15 years as a Royal Navy Hydrography, Meteorology and Oceanography Officer. This included within Fishery Protection and the Joint Operational Meteorology and Oceanography Centre from a tri-service perspective and more recently,  operational roles in anti-submarine warfare, mine warfare and littoral manoeuvre. My expertise in understanding and exploiting the environment is now being applied within Atlas Elektronik UK where I’m an ocean science specialist primarily supporting AEUK’s Submarine Systems Division and its Research and Innovation Division.
