Otto received the M.Sc. degree in Climate Physics at the Utrecht University and the M.Sc degree in Hydraulic Engineering at the Delft University of Technology, the Netherlands in 2019. Since 2020 he has been working at the Defence Materiel Organisation (DMO) of the NL Ministry of Defense in the role of project manager and technical advisor on underwater sensors and payload.
