Over the last 34 years, Philippe Méléard has been working for international defence and security companies such as Thales, Matra Communication, Airbus Defence and Space or Naval Group. Extremely customer focused, Philippe is possessing extensive ability in capturing challenging operational needs and to offer innovative solution for governmental project in Naval and Maritime sectors.
Philippe is an experienced operational business development team leader, used to working with an open minded and flexible approach in a continually fast changing environment across different countries.
Working for Naval Group for more than 7 years, Philippe has been demonstrating his ability to operate effectively in Naval Warfare globally and more specifically in Mine Warfare. He has been the first CEO of Naval Group Belgium, centre for excellence in Mine Counter Measure and is nowadays international senior vice president in charge of Mine Warfare business development.
