Dr. Raymond Browne

Ray has over 25 years experience in underwater acoustic design and research experience.  He has a background in Electronic and Computer Engineering and a Doctorate in underwater acoustics.  His career commenced with signature management of helicopters.  Ray has been with Tods since 2018 and has spearheaded our Test and Development facility.
