UDT 2024 will take place in ExCeL, London. The venue is located at Royal Victoria Dock in the Docklands area of the city.

ExCeL is easily accessible by public transport with the new Elizabeth Line offering convenient connections to major transport hubs and landmarks across the city.

London City Airport (LCY) is located less than 2 miles away from ExCeL with flights arriving from over 30 destinations. 

London is also served by Heathrow (LHR), Gatwick (LGW), Stansted (STN) and Luton (LTN), all located less than 45 minutes from the City via public transport.

The quickest route to ExCeL London on the tube is via the Elizabeth Line which has a train stop connected to the venue - Custom House (ExCeL London).  The West and East entrances to the venue are both accessible by the DLR, London Underground and London Overground.

Parking at the venue

There are over 1,800 parking spaces across the Orange car park, located under the venue at ExCeL. Available on a first-come, first-served basis, parking at ExCeL, London is available for cars, transit vans and minibuses up to 3.5T using pay and display:

  • Parking for cars costs £25 in the Orange car park, located underneath the venue, for up to 24-hours. 
  • Parking for commercial vehicles (those up to 2.8m high) costs £30 for up to 24-hours.
  • Parking for vehicles over 3.5T/Lorries costs £35.00 for up to 24-hours.

What are the best restaurants near the venue?

The ExCeL Centre is full of great food outlets. With easy access to the newly built Elizabeth Line, you can also dine in the top restaurants in the centre of London in under 10 minutes.

Where are the nearest ATMs in the ExCeL?

There are two ATMs near the West entrance of the venue by Costa and Orzo Deli, with another located in the centre of the boulevard between entrances S6 and N6. There is a Barclays and an ATM located on level 0 between N4 and S4.  There is also an ATM at the nearby Tesco Express.

Where is the nearest pharmacist?

There is a pharmacist on Freemasons Road located on the other side of Custom House DLR station.

Where is the nearest supermarket?

There is a Tesco Express about 600m from the West entrance to the venue.

Is there anywhere that can help me with photocopying or other business services?

There is a shop on level 0 at the bottom of the stairs near N4/S4 which sells a range of stationery items and can also do photocopying and faxing. This shop has its own Bureau de Change.

What app-based ride services are available in London?

London has a strong supply of Uber, Bolt, Ola, Via, Wheely and Addison Lee drivers. Please note that restrictions may apply to pick up and drop off locations on the days between event build-up and breakdown.
