Complimentary Entry to the Exhibition and Conference, including Catering and MeetMe, will be granted to serving Host Nation Military and Public Sector / Government personnel.
Onsite Networking Event
Entry to the Onsite Networking Event
All badge holders can attend the onsite Networking Event for free. This takes place on Wednesday, 15th February, from 16:00PM.
Drinks are not included and must be purchased separately. Exceptions for this include VIPs, VIP Accompanying Staff, Industry VIPs, Military, Public Sector/Government, Exhibitors with a Conference Pass, and the Committee, who will receive complimentary drinks.

Eligibility
To be eligible, the attendee must be a civilian meeting one or more of the following criteria:
- employed by a ministry or department of defence
- employed by a national government
- employed by an organisation owned or operated by the government
- employed in the public sector
- employed in public administration
The attendee should register using a government or public sector organisation email address.

To be eligible, the attendee must be a professional operating in the defence and security sectors.
The attendee should register using a company email address.
Military

Eligibility
To be eligible, the attendee must be a serving member of the active or reserve military, including air forces, armies, navies, special forces, coast guards, marines, gendarmerie or similar security/armed forces.
The attendee must have a rank and should register with a military email address. For verification purposes, applicants may be required to supply military ID.
Military passes grant free-of-charge access to the exhibition and all conference sessions.

Eligibility
To be eligible, the attendee must be an accredited member of the press – print media, radio or news agency – with a proven track record of reporting on matters relating to defence and security.
The attendee may be required to supply media accreditation and relevant examples of previous work.
Press passes grant free-of-charge access to the exhibition and all conference sessions.
