Our online platform, MeetMe, enables visitors and exhibitors to pre-arrange meetings with other attendees ahead of and during the event. For 2023 MeetMe was sponsored by UK SUBCLUB - Delivering the Submarine Ecosystem through collaboration.

Easy to use platform

Every visitor has the opportunity to access MeetMe as part of their registration, there is no need to fill out your details again. Simply access the platform (or upgrade) through the visitor portal

Request meetings

You access includes to up to 10 meeting request invites before and during the show, allowing you to reach out to and connect with other attendees and exhibitors at the show

Arrange business meetings easily

MeetMe increases engagement opportunities with industry experts and suppliers, providing a more accessible platform for you to easily arrange business meetings on, in order to maximise the return on your time at the event

Build relationships

Network with attendees and exhibitors before and during the show in a time-efficient manner. We know how busy events get, so we have provided this platform to help you plan your business meetings more effectively

Find potential new clients

Every one of our visitors will be allowed access to MeetMe, so browse our list of confirmed attendees and get to know who you could be doing business with before you meet them in person

On-site lounge

We have created a dedicated lounge area for those visitors who have purchased MeetMe Visitor badges. When arranging a meeting, simply select the lounge as your meeting location to ensure you get your slot on the day.
